Timing and stages

The event programme sets the schedule. We need timings, venue access and setup time in advance. Fast-turnaround content is agreed separately, with draft and final delivery dates confirmed before the event.

How we calculate the cost

Duration, venues, crew size, simultaneous sessions, sound, deliverable count and turnaround affect cost. Live streaming is scoped separately from event recording.
