Expedition to the End of the World

Mihalis Ovchinnikov worked on a documentary for Discovery Channel Russia about polar bears and walruses in the Russian Arctic.

Filming lasted about a month aboard a research vessel in the Arctic Ocean, followed by two weeks at a base in the north of the Novaya Zemlya archipelago and one week at the White Sea Biological Station. The production also included interviews in Moscow laboratories.
